Process and Preparation
The Process
Like any interview, the process can vary depending on your experience and the job for which you’re applying. Our interviews are generally conducted on-site, where you will meet with hiring managers and representatives from the business. If the first screening is successful, you’ll be invited back to meet with several key people with whom you’ll be working. You’ll then be given a time frame regarding when to expect a decision.
If you are selected, a verbal offer will be given along with more specific information about the job. This will be followed by a confirmation letter or e-mail.
Employment is contingent upon successfully completing all applicable background and pre-employment screenings.
The Preparation
While there is no set formula that will ensure a successful interview with any organization, here are a few tips that should help guide through your interview with us. Phillips 66 is all about innovative solutions. Have a few examples in mind of how you’ve solved particular problems in the workplace, whether they were product, service or people-related.
