Since Phillips 66 is a new company created through a repositioning of ConocoPhillips, historic data charts are based on the Refining, Marketing and Transportation segments of ConocoPhillips. The first full year of Phillips 66 data will be available in 2013.

Definitions
  • Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) - a standard measure of workplace safety, which tracks the number of recordable incidents per 200,000 work hours. A recordable injury is a work-related injury that resulted in death, time lost from work, loss of consciousness, or required medical treatment; required a restriction of work; or the transfer of the worker to other tasks.
  • Lost Workday Case (LWC) – the number of incidents resulting in days away from work through occupational injury or illness per 200,000 hours worked.
