Phillips 66 IT Student Connection

What is ITSC?

The Phillips 66 IT Student Connection (ITSC) is a four day IT recruiting event held at the Bartlesville campus in Oklahoma. Phillips 66 is one of the largest independent refiners in the US and the Bartlesville campus is the IT hub that supports it. The goal of the ITSC is to bring in high potential new hire and intern candidates from eleven major universities to experience the unique culture that Phillips 66 has to offer. In addition, it is an opportunity for our employees and managers to share their experiences and knowledge of what it is like to be an IT professional at this great company. Throughout the week, students will also be given outlets to network with other students and employees through leadership events and social events.
