Building strong foundations in our local communities

Jose Nunez-Jasso, a Houston-area husband and father of two, receives daily in-home dialysis treatments while on disability. Adding to his health challenges, he lived in a home with inconsistent electricity and inadequate insulation.

With hammers in hand, volunteers from Phillips 66 worked alongside Jose’s family to build them a new home through Houston Habitat for Humanity. In just a few short months, the volunteers helped make the dream of homeownership and healthier living possible.

“We are so proud of our people and proud to be a part of this event,” said Pam McGinnis, general manager, Phillips 66, during the home dedication ceremony.
The Commercial team’s passion for the local community is just one of many examples of Phillips 66 employees going above and beyond in the neighborhoods where they live and work.
