Personal Training is available for all members who are interested in benefiting from a more individualized workout. Personal trainers provide an outside edge to helping you obtain your fitness goals. All personal trainers are knowledgeable in safe exercise practices, effective program design, and can help keep you motivated and stay on track.
- All trainers possess accredited personal training and CPR/AED/First Aid certifications.
- Only personal trainers contracted with EXOS can be used in the Wellness Center. Outside personal trainers are not allowed.
- For safety and liability reasons, members are not allowed to train other members.
Personal Exercise Program
Personal Exercise Programs are open to all members. A Personal Exercise Program (PEP) appointment is an opportunity for members to meet one-on-one with a Wellness Center staff member to create a personalized workout using specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely goals. Together you will discuss your goals and walk through a customized workout that is tailored to meet your goals.

Andrew is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist with an Exercise Science Degree from OKWU. Andrew has been a trainer since 2005 and has worked with many individuals including youth, seniors, post rehab and various sports teams. Sessions are based on your personal goals.

Justus is an EXOS Fitness Specialist Certified Personal Trainer with a Sport Management Degree from Pensacola Christian College. He has personal trained clients of all different fitness levels with a diverse array of fitness goals. Justus favors a custom, tailored approach to coaching each individual client and programs for them accordingly.
Ryan Gootee, NSCA-CSCS - email
Ryan is a National Strength & Conditioning Association Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Education & Promotion from Oklahoma State University. Ryan has worked with many different types of athletes including strongman competitors, martial artists, and basketball players. However, he specializes in people needing to work around certain injuries, as well as everyday folks just trying to get in shape and become the healthiest version of themselves.
Dylan Linick, NASM-CPT- email
Dylan is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, and he is working on his Exercise Science Degree at Oklahoma Wesleyan University. He has been involved in fitness internships and has experience training youth athletes. Dylan focuses on designing workouts specifically for the needs of his clients so that they can achieve their goals. His training is centered on motivating and encouraging clients to power through each session.
