I chose to pursue a career in corporate wellness because I have a passion for helping people upgrade their overall quality of life. To me there is nothing more rewarding than to help someone feel healthier both physically and mentally. When someone tells me they aren't hurting anymore or they have more confidence to try movements they were once uncomfortable with, it makes my day.

As a former D1 athlete, I spent way too much time in the training room trying to rehab injuries that could've easily been avoided if I'd taken strength training seriously. As someone who used to hate stepping into a weight room, I absolutely love working with clients who may be hesitant about learning how to strength train. Regardless of whether someone has been an athlete their whole life or is just stepping into the gym for the first time, I think a properly programmed and executed exercise plan can make you feel stronger from the inside out.
