Personal training is available for all members who are interested in benefiting from a more individualized workout. Personal trainers are able to create specialized programs based on participant goals. All trainers are knowledgeable in safe exercise practices, effective design, and can help keep you on track.
- All trainers possess accredited personal training and CPR, AED and First Aid certifications.
- Only personal trainers contracted with EXOS can be used in the Wellness Center. Outside personal trainers are not allowed.
- For safety and liability reasons, members are not allowed to train other members.

Personal Exercise Program
Personal Exercise Programs are open to all members. A Personal Exercise Program (PEP) appointment is an opportunity for members to meet one-on-one with a Wellness Center staff member to create a personalized workout using specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely goals. Together you will discuss your goals and walk through a customized workout that is tailored to meet your goals. Below are some of the Wellness Center's trainers specializing in programming. Jordan Pittard, NASM Certified Personal Trainer Email
Jordan is a certified personal trainer with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a Masters degree in Health. He is currently working towards an additional Masters degree in Occupational Therapy with aspirations of combining his experience in a clinical setting and a fitness environment. His goal is to be able to provide a perspective on health and fitness that allows members to maximize a healthy independent lifestyle.

Bree is a certified personal training and strength & conditioning specialist with degrees in Exercise Physiology and Sports Pedagogy. She ran track at Baylor and loves working with athletes as well as people who are trying to get back in shape. Her desire is to help people find their inner strength and reach goals that they never thought were possible.
Deandra Woods, XFS and XPS Email
DeAndra has a Bachelor degree in Exercise Physiology and Masters degree in Kinesiology. Previous work as a physiologist in Bariatrics aids her with the power to guide you to successful and prolonged weight loss, as well as, management of clinical conditions and tailor which exercise regimen fits you! Her goal is to motivate you to become the best version of yourself that you can be.
Josh Irwin, XFS, XPS Email
Josh has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University. He has the ability to adapt his training style to fit the needs of a variety of clients and motivate you to strive for improvements. His goal is to create a methodical training program to help reach your goals, become more mobile, and build the habit of regular activity into your life whether you’re new to the gym or a regular patron.
Olukayode Ojo (Kay Kay) Email
Kaykay has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a slight background in athletic training. He has previous experience working with a variety of different populations. He has worked as a strength and conditioning intern where he helped athletes improve their abilities. He worked with patients who have a history of cancer and other debilitating diseases and helped improve their quality of life. His overall goal is to help you be comfortable with exercise, but also help you surpass your fitness goals.
Monica Martinez, XFS, XPS, NASM-CPT, NASM-CES, USAW I & II, Shwinn Cycle Email
Monica is a personal trainer with a bachelor’s in Health and Fitness Management from Texas State University. During her years of studies, Monica enjoyed staying active and playing on the Women’s Rugby team. This experience led Monica to her true passion in living an active life style and daily self-improvement. Monica believes in training and teaching individuals to discover their body’s strengths and movement abilities through functional strength training. Monica is strong advocate of improving body movement, creating healthy habits, and helping build her clients’ confidence in and out of the gym.
