At the London Office...
The Commercial & Marketing Graduate Development Programme is a two-year structured scheme, allowing you to experience two different roles in two diverse business areas.
Our Commercial organisation manages the company's worldwide commodity portfolio. Composed of several working groups based in London, Houston, Calgary and Singapore, it provides the support that allows us to optimize our assets and improve supply chain performance by gathering market intelligence, managing risk, and creating logistic solutions across the globe to enhance returns. Our Marketing operations are based in London, Hamburg, Austria and in the US. The UK business is primarily wholesale and focuses on selling fuels to distributors and resellers for petrol forecourts, aviation, marine and LPG.
Roles carried out by previous employees on the Graduate Programme have included Commercial roles such as Market Analyst, Risk Analyst, Commercial Accounting Analyst, and Demurrage Analyst. Marketing opportunities have included Sales Support and Supply Coordination.

Our engineering professionals are continually applying, refining and adapting new technologies to enhance and expand our product portfolios, as well as fine-tuning our refinement processes to ensure and improve efficiency in all our operations.
As an engineering placement student or Graduate with Phillips 66 Limited, you'll have opportunities to make contributions that support our Humber Refinery, which is one of the most sophisticated and complex refinery operations in Europe. Not only will the programme equip you with a greater understanding of the global business operations but will also provide the personal development training essential within a business environment. The programme will provide exposure to key business leaders, allow you to meet other graduates in different disciplines whilst provide you with a network of individuals from whom you can seek advice.
Our roles offer the opportunity to develop knowledge and experience and work on real issues. Our placement students and graduates will be challenged and stretched, but also be supported and trusted every step of the way, whilst gaining the relevant experience for chartered engineer status (where applicable).
