More than 1,300 attendees gathered in Las Vegas to celebrate industry-leading growth, brand strength and winning market strategies.

Phillips 66 opened its 2026 Marketing Conference with a clear message for branded customers: In a more competitive and volatile environment, growth comes from integration, strong brands and winning partnerships.
Framed by the conference theme, Bring the Go, leaders emphasized that when customers choose the Phillips 66®, Conoco® and 76® brands, they get more than a fuel supplier — they gain a team invested in helping them grow.
The event brought together more than 1,300 customers for three days of business sessions, keynote addresses, educational seminars and trade show exhibits focused on growth, innovation and collaboration.
Integration fuels growth

Leaders, including Mark Lashier, chairman and CEO, and Brian Mandell, executive vice president, marketing and commercial, highlighted how Phillips 66’s integrated business model creates value for customers by connecting reliable supply, commercial expertise, brand investment and technology.
That strategy is producing results. Rod Palmer, senior vice president, marketing, said the branded network now spans more than 7,000 sites nationwide, with more than 500 Phillips 66®, Conoco® and 76® locations added in 2025 alone — more than any other fuel brand.
“Our brands have never seen a national stage like this before, and their collective strength has never been greater,” Palmer said. “We’re expanding our footprint to create a competitive advantage for our customers and for us. This kind of growth comes from showing up consistently and winning together for the long term.”
Building strong brands drives loyalty

The conference also showed how Phillips 66 is supporting that growth through continued investment in its brands. John Field, senior director, brand marketing, shared how a unified advertising approach, expanding sports sponsorships and the evolving Fuel Forward® loyalty platform are helping attract more consumers and drive traffic to branded locations.
“We’re focused on creating emotional connections with consumers and bringing experiences to life through brand partnerships, gamification and flexible rewards to deepen loyalty and drive growth over time,” Field said.
Listening first, delivering solutions second

Listening emerged as a consistent theme throughout the conference. Ryan Ebright, senior director, branded sales, said customer feedback continues to shape investments in loyalty, technology and go-to-market support. Ebright noted that the recent growth in existing and new markets, like Chicago, all started with customer conversations.
“Our ability to be agile in the market is unmatched,” Ebright noted. “We’re renewing big deals, helping customers build new sites and competing with any brand out there. All those wins start by us listening to our customers and then building the right solution together.”
Ebright also highlighted new AI-powered tools designed to improve customer support and simplify site planning, demonstrating how the company leverages technology to help customers operate more efficiently and make smarter business decisions.
