Phillips 66® Aviation has an outstanding and historic track record of innovation. During World War II, we developed 100-octane fuel, followed by anti-icing additives for jet fuel. We pioneered the controllable-pitch propeller, the first refueling truck, and the drag chute.
Today, through our forward-thinking programs and quality fuel, Phillips 66® is among the largest refiners in the United States and a major contract jet and avgas fuel supplier to private, commercial, and military aviation. We draw on global production resources and reserves to provide our FBOs with a secure supply for today and tomorrow.
Through the years, Phillips 66 Aviation has supported its dealer network with innovative support programs. Learn how Phillips contract fuel specialists drive business to your FBO.
Co-Op Advertising and Support
Phillips 66® Aviation Co-Op Advertising and Support Program is designed to help you promote and improve your FBO. The program reimburses 50% of approved expenses for advertising and services that help you offer a better facility to your customers.

Your line service crew counts on the trucks you provide them to get their job done. Our standard fleet consists of 1,000-gallon avgas trucks, 3,000-gallon jet trucks and 5,000-gallon jet trucks.
We offer the most comprehensive maintenance plan in the business and our lease rate includes preventive and emergency maintenance of each truck. This allows a Phillips 66 Aviation-branded dealer to budget a known amount for the truck and its maintenance – and know that a breakdown won’t bust the budget. Virtually all maintenance is covered under this industry-leading program. Normal and routine operations checks and tires and batteries are the dealer’s responsibility.
Our large national refueler fleet means that loaner units and spares are often available for short-term needs, such as air shows or maintenance on your own trucks. Your regional Phillips 66 Aviation representative will work with you when special needs arise.
Pilots get their first impression of your facility when the fuel truck pulls up. That’s why we have a paint allowance for your trucks. Complete decal sets are also provided at no cost to give your fleet a standardized, professional look.
Part of being an aviation service provider is taking on calculated risks. To help you mitigate those risks, Phillips 66 Aviation provides our branded dealers with $50 million excess liability insurance coverage. This provides important supplemental coverage over and above your primary insurance policy, for certain risks associated with fueling-related incidents. For full details on coverage, exclusions and how to qualify, contact a Phillips 66 Aviation customer service representative.
