Phillips 66 Aviation Brings Industry Solutions and Expertise to 2026 NBAA-BACE Ahead of Centennial Anniversary in 2027

Phillips 66 will bring nearly 100 years of industry expertise to the 2026 National Business Aviation Association’s Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE), Oct. 20-22 in Las Vegas.

Supporting the Evolving Needs of Business Aviation

Phillips 66® Aviation will showcase the breadth of its business at this year’s show, bringing together teams, solutions and expertise from across the company to demonstrate how it supports business aviation from fuel supply and sustainability solutions to quality control, contract fuel and its branded FBO network.

On-site representatives from across the Phillips 66® Aviation business include Phillips 66 Refinery & Supply, Phillips 66 Sustainable Aviation Fuel Solutions, the Phillips 66® Aviation Contract Fuel program, Phillips 66® Aviation Quality Control and the Phillips 66® branded FBO network.

Several premier FBOs from the branded network, the largest FBO network in the country, will also exhibit at the booth, including Business Jet, DuPage Flight Center, Texas Jet and Westjet Air Center. Attendees will have an opportunity to connect directly with them and learn more about their locations, services and the latest news.

“We’re at an exciting point for Phillips 66 Aviation, with continued innovation across our aviation offerings, and an important milestone just around the corner,” said Jennifer Claunch, Manager, Aviation Sales, Phillips 66. “In 2027, we’ll celebrate 100 years in aviation, with plans to recognize the people and progress that have shaped our history while looking ahead to what’s next.”

Attendees will be able to explore Phillips 66® Aviation’s capabilities through an interactive preflight inspection experience at booth #1608. Inspired by the familiar aviation ritual, attendees will move through the Phillips 66® Aviation journey, completing a preflight checklist as they learn more about each area of the business.

After completing the preflight inspection list, participants will be “Cleared for Go” and can spin a roulette wheel for a chance to win a branded T-shirt or a tech organizer.

Attendees will be able to return to the booth for daily prize drawings, including Apple AirPods on Tuesday, Oct. 20 at 3 p.m. and an Apple Watch on Wednesday, Oct. 21 at 2 p.m. One lucky attendee will be able to win the grand prize, an Apple MacBook, on Thursday, Oct. 22 at 2 p.m. Participants must be present to win.

Sharing Sustainability Industry Insights with NBAA-BACE Attendees

Sunny Lopez, senior director of Aviation and Sustainable Fuel Sales at Phillips 66, will join industry experts, including Keith Sawyer of Avfuel, Nancy Bsales of 4Air, Scott Cutshall of Clay Lacy and Adam Hartley of The Regulatory Toolbox, for the NBAA-BACE Sustainability Summit, “Fueling the Future 2.0: Sustainability Strategies for Business Aviation” panel on Wednesday, Oct. 21, from 11 a.m. to noon PT at the Las Vegas Convention Center, West Hall, Room W228.

The session will examine the sustainability issues shaping business aviation today, including emissions reduction, reporting expectations, sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and emerging regulatory requirements.

Lopez, who has more than 25 years of energy industry experience, will share the fuel refiner and supplier perspective on industry developments, including SAF production, supply chain considerations and evolving demand across the aviation industry.

“Sustainability is already driving action. The focus now is advancing solutions available today and how we can make them more accessible and actionable for the industry,” said Lopez.

Celebrating 16 Years of Support for Corporate Angel Network (CAN) with Check Presentation

Phillips 66® Aviation will continue its longstanding support of Corporate Angel Network (CAN), a nonprofit organization that arranges free transportation for cancer patients to access treatment by matching patients with available seats on business aircraft traveling to destinations across the country.

The 16th annual check presentation will take place Tuesday, Oct. 20 at 2 p.m. at the Phillips 66® Aviation booth, with representatives from CAN and Phillips 66® Aviation on hand to recognize the continued support.
