Phillips 66 Aviation Honors FBOs in AIN 2025 FBO Survey
29 branded FBOs recognized for their outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
HOUSTON – (May 1, 2025) – Phillips 66® Aviation, one of the largest refiners in the United States and a major contract jet and avgas fuel supplier to private, commercial and military aviation, proudly honors the achievements of its top-performing FBOs recognized in the Aviation International News (AIN) 2025 FBO Survey. The AIN 2025 FBO survey winners were announced at AIN’s FBO Dinner & Awards Gala, a prestigious event celebrating excellence in the business aviation industry at the U.S. Freedom Pavilion at The National WWII Museum in New Orleans, Louisiana, on March 27th. This year, 29 FBOs within the Phillips 66 branded network have been honored for their exceptional customer service and top-tier operational performance.
The AIN 2025 FBO survey evaluates FBOs on a scale from 1 to 5 across five categories: line service, passenger amenities, pilot amenities, facilities, and customer service representatives. An FBO must exhibit excellence across the five categories to achieve the highest overall rankings. According to the survey, four FBOs within the Phillips 66 Aviation network ranked in the top 5%, three in the top 10% and four in the top 20% of all FBOs in the Americas.
“It’s rewarding to see Phillips 66 FBOs recognized in the AIN 2025 FBO Survey,” said Sunny Lopez, Manager, Aviation & Sustainable Fuels, Phillips 66® Aviation. “We are proud to support our branded FBO network and congratulate all the FBOs for their dedication to excellence in general aviation services, customer care, and operational performance.”
