How volunteer hours and charitable contributions helped advance Phillips 66’s mission to provide energy and improve lives in 2025.

Phillips 66 is a proven community leader among industry peers in giving, volunteering and program participation, according to 2025 benchmarking data from Benevity, a widely respected corporate social responsibility platform.
Why it matters: By joining together and volunteering their time, employees have shown that Phillips 66 can make a tangible difference in the communities where they live and work, strengthening economic, social and environmental resilience and vitality.
Phillips 66 Social Impact programs provide opportunities for employees to contribute throughout the year. Overall, 2025 volunteerism efforts resulted in:
- $2.7 million in volunteer grants.
- 121,000 volunteer hours.
- $4.7 million in matching gifts and United Way Campaign fundraising.
“Since our inception in 2012, we’ve collectively spent more than one million hours volunteering and invested $379 million in local communities.”

Last year’s statistics were impressive, and 2026 is already shaping up to be even more impactful.
Planning is underway for Good Energy Month this April, the company’s annual enterprisewide volunteerism effort, with plenty of company-sponsored and employee-led volunteer events across Phillips 66 locations.
Last April, employees logged 17,500 volunteer hours, leading to $425,000 in volunteer grants to support local causes.
