Phillips 66 releases annual sustainability and people highlights report
Today we released our annual report, which highlights our 2025 performance, progress and accomplishments in sustainability and human capital management.
At Phillips 66, sustainability is disciplined business management. It shapes how we operate our assets safely and reliably, manage risk and how we prepare for an evolving energy landscape. Sustainability is not separate from business performance. It is core to how we manage our business and create long-term value.
We publish a report every year because transparency matters, and we value the confidence our stakeholders have in our company. In 2025, we made meaningful progress across the enterprise, including best-ever safety performance, continued progress toward our returns-focused greenhouse gas emissions-intensity targets, data-driven methane management, leadership in sustainable aviation fuel and continued investment in our people and communities.
Alongside our expanded digital content, this report reflects our evolving disclosure approach and ongoing responsiveness to stakeholder feedback. The report also provides a clear view of how sustainability is integrated across Phillips 66.
As energy needs continue to evolve, our approach to sustainability will remain grounded in disciplined choices and measurable progress that support long-term shareholder value. This approach is how we build resilience, stay competitive and continue providing energy and improving lives.
